I ran out of lettuce today and went to check the garden. I knew it was a stretch, but kale was the backup if I could not find lettuce. And yet I did. The arugula seeds that I planted from Renee’s Garden years ago keep reseeding. And they are delicious in salads, on sandwiches, and even on top of pizza – trust me!
