Flexibility is learned. And today I practiced. I didn’t make it to my local farm market (on opening day). My whole house is feeling sick. So I remained close and cooked some things that I believe may help (like turnips and green drinks and the ginger chicken recipe that I will share tomorrow). But I did manage to pick up this sweet plant with my daughter as we selected (between sneezes) some green things for her school garden.
On day 87 of this 365 day project, I ate my daily five (including a delicious yellow bell pepper). Did you enjoy yours?
