I found a new favorite smoothie that is incredibly hydrating. To experience it for yourself, blend 1 cup coconut water, 3 cups spinach, 1/2 cup frozen mango cubes, 1/2 of a cucumber, and 1 tablespoon of local honey.

On day 62 of this 365 day project, I ate my daily five (including a delicious one-egg omelet filled with a cup of fire roasted artichoke hearts, shiitakes, red onions, and sundried tomatoes). Did you enjoy yours?
