blueberries

I am in need of a treat, so I made this sweet and tart healthy dessert. In a blender, I combined two pints of fresh blueberries, about 1/3 a cup of water, 2 tablespoons of local honey, zest from two lemons (plus juice from one), and a pinch of sea salt. The puree is in the freezer now…I’ll let you know how it turns out!

On day 84 of this 365 day project, I ate my daily five (including some roasted asparagus that made me realize it really is Spring). Did you enjoy yours?
